P1440 is one of the newest national organizations to bring beach volleyball programming to the juniors scene. Started by Keri Walsh Jennings, P1440 first came to fruition in the summer of 2018 on the professional level, and more recently their juniors tour in the beginnings of 2019. P1440 Elite's main purpose it to grow the sport of beach volleyball by offering more opportunities for youth and amateur players to compete through collaborative partnerships with clubs, affiliates, and teams across the nation.

Similar to the other national volleyball organizations, P1440 Elite hosts numerous qualifying tournaments throughout the year that awards bids to their Junior National Championship to the top teams for each tournament. Players will have to also be members in order to participate in any P1440 Elite events. The P1440 Junior National Championship will be held June 30-July 3, 2020 in Huntington Beach, Ca.
